The best way to reach jhumka dam is by road. And if you are staying in Bhubaneswar then you can go through kalinga vihar road and then sum hospital road and from there khurdha-chandaka road. 

The distance is about 22-25km from Bhubaneswar. You can go by bike/scotty or by car.

It will take around 30-45 min to reach jhumka dam.
